We believe in serving our community, one life at a time.
God created you for a purpose and your gifts are meant to be shared. Whether through welcoming guests, discipling students, caring for children, or serving alongside ministry partners, there are many opportunities to use your gifts to encourage others and glorify God.
At Christ Community Church, serving is one of the ways we grow in our faith and live out the mission of the gospel together. We desire to help people use their time, talents, and abilities to care for others and point people to Jesus both within the church and throughout our community.
View the opportunities below to learn more about ways you can get involved and serve alongside the Christ Community Church family.
View the list below to find what opportunities are currently available. You can also email us at info@christcommunitysa.org to find out ways you can deploy your gifts as you serve at Christ Community Church, in our city, and around the world with the Gospel and the love of Jesus.
Periodically, we have one day service opportunities alongside local ministry partners such as Children’s Hunger Fund or New Hope Connection. These opportunities allow our church family to serve together, meet practical needs in our community, and share the love of Christ in tangible ways.
These service opportunities are communicated through the church-wide email. If you would like to be on our mailing list, email:
Each Sunday greeters and parking attendants welcome people to our campus. We are always in need of more volunteers to help us with this ministry of hospitality. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, create a welcoming environment, and share the love of Christ with everyone who visits our church.

In our Kid’s Ministry we love investing in our children and families by sharing the Gospel and pointing them to God’s Word. There are a variety of opportunities available such as teacher, classroom assistant, or nursery worker.
Serving in Kid’s Ministry is a meaningful way to help children grow in their faith while creating a safe, caring, and Christ-centered environment for families each week.

The Landscape Team usually serves every other Saturday to help maintain our property. This is a great way to meet others and steward this beautiful campus that the Lord has provided for us to be used for His Glory.
Whether helping with maintenance, cleanup, or caring for the grounds, this team plays an important role in preparing our campus to serve the church and community well.

In the Student Ministry, we partner with parents to disciple and mentor our young people ages 6th through 12th grade and try to have a little fun along the way.
We currently need people who would be willing to lead small groups at our Wednesday Night meeting called INCLINE. We also have regular large events that need volunteers such as DNow and our summer mission trip.
Serving students is a great opportunity to encourage the next generation and help young people grow in their relationship with Jesus through discipleship, community, and biblical teaching.
